A large handmade Tipperary Crystal Glass Trophy from the 1998 Swettenham-Coolmore Pro-AM Tournament in Barbados. An etched golfing scene inscribed "The Swettenham - Coolmore Barbados 1998 - Trophies Sponsored by J.P McManus". Mounted on a wooden felt lined base.
In Barbados, Swettenham and Coolmore primarily represent a prestigious Horse Racing Day sponsored by the global breeding giants connected to the Sangster family. This Crystal Glass Trophy is from the historical pro-am tournament established by the late Robert Sangster.
Trophy sponsored by J.P. McManus, famous racehorse owner and breeder as well as a major figure in golf.
This particular Trophy came from The Estate of The Late Tommy Horton MBE, Former Ryder Cup Player and PGA Captain
