A spliced (scare-head) Brassie circa 1890 with head mark "A Mitchell".
The head is heel weighted and has a leather or wooden sole insert and brass sole plate. The hickory shaft is slightly bowed, no visible shaft mark and fitted with a leather grip.

Condition - overall good condition, shaft slightly bowed.
