A right handed "Rustless Iron" Cleek made by Brodie & Sons of Ansthruther, made for Fred Jarman of Stockport Golf Club. Dating from circa 1920.
Robert Brodie & Sons was a notable, small 19th and early 20th-century cleek-making (iron golf club) forge based in Anstruther, Fife, operating from roughly 1894 to 1955.
The club is stamped "Fred Jarman, Stockport." Fred Jarman was a well-known golf professional at Stockport Golf Club in England during the early 20th century.
Head, shaft and leather grip in great condition.
