A Right-Handed Hickory shafted "Giraffe" model putter from maker James Spence, St Andrews, the "flag in the hole" cleek mark, which was subsequently also used by Forgan & Sons Ltd when they bought out Spence's firm in 1926.  This putter would be dated circa 1922-1933.

T.W. Higgins was a professional golfer who served as the club professional at the United Services Golf Club (U.S.G.C.) in Plymouth, England, between 1922 and 1933. 

The Giraffe was a specific blade putter design characterized by a slightly longer "neck" (hosel) than standard putters—hence the name.

Dot punched face and leather grip.

Head, shaft and grip all in excellent condition
