A Right-Handed hickory shafted "Maxwell" Patented Iron, circa 1920. The head is too rusted to see any makers markings or stamps.
The "Maxwell", design patented by Robert Maxwell, refers to the iconic drilled hosel (the holes in the neck of the club).
Head is very rusted and pitted, shaft is good. Leather grip is damaged and slightly loose.
