Scare-Head Driver c.1905 - marked Thomas Allan Glasgow - Thomas Allan was the professional at the Caledonian Golf Club from 1905-1907.
A spliced (scare-head) hickory shafted driver with a leather face insert. Some damage to the sole insert the leather grip is complete and in good condition, but slightly loose. No shaft mark and the shaft is considerably bowed (see pics)
Right Handed
Length - approx. 43"
Grip - leather - good condition but loose
Shaft - condition good but bowed
Head - poor condition, however whipping good.
