A right handed circa 1920's Hickory shafted Stainless 2 Iron made by Tom Auchterlonie, a prominent member of the well known Auchterlonie family of clubmakers in St Andrews, Scotland. Stamped with the famous Pipe cleek mark, the hallmark of Tom Stewart of St Andrews, the most famous iron-head forger in history. He supplied heads to all the top makers, including the Auchterlonies.
Head and shaft in good condition
The leather grip is incomplete and slight loose.
