A Vintage MacGregor Tourney WDX2 Persimmon Fairway 5 Wood - circa 1960's, part of their "DX" line of clubs.
A classic persimmon fairway wood club from MacGregor's golden era. MacGregor was the premier manufacturer of wooden clubs during this period, used by legends like Jack Nicklaus and Ben Hogan. Featuring the black and orange face insert, often referred to as the "Keyhole" insert given it's shape, and a signature MacGregor design.
Right Handed. Fitted with a Steel Shaft and a Golf Pride Victory Grip.
Condition - Used - in Good Condition - some of the lacquer has slightly chipped away on the crown of the club head, some slight rusting to the shaft and grip hardened and cracked.
