The Silvertown Golf Ball Manufacturing Co. (originally the India Rubber, Gutta Percha and Telegraph Works Company) was a pioneer of British golf equipment based in Woolwich, London. They defined the early "gutty" and rubber-core ball eras, introducing innovations like the first pure-white, stain-resistant golf ball and the famous Silver King Golf Ball.
